Celebrated Not Tolerated is a CommunityEFX initiative empowering young men to lead, learn, and succeed. Focused on African American males from underserved communities, the program combines mentorship, leadership development, academic support, and cultural enrichment. Participants engage in guided workshops, wellness activities, and community projects that build confidence, life skills, and lasting connections while celebrating identity, resilience, and purpose.


Celebrated Not Tolerated is a transformative CommunityEFX program dedicated to equipping young men with the tools to thrive academically, socially, and personally. Targeting primarily African American middle and high school students from underserved communities, the program blends mentorship, leadership development, life skills, cultural enrichment, and wellness support. Participants meet monthly through guided workshops and in-school sessions that foster confidence, self-awareness, and purpose.
The program emphasizes representation, bringing in dynamic mentors and facilitators who reflect the students’ experiences and inspire them to envision success as achievable and within reach. In addition to academic readiness, students participate in college and career planning, cultural programs, wellness activities, and community service projects. Each participant is encouraged to grow as a leader while contributing positively to their communities, building skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
