Celebrated Not Tolerated – Fatherhood Edition (West Palm Beach)

The CookOut is a CommunityEFX initiative inspired by the Celebrated Not Tolerated model, designed to create brave, supportive spaces for fathers to connect, reflect, and grow. Centered on fatherhood, mental health, relationships, and family dynamics, the program brings men together for honest dialogue, shared learning, and community building. The CookOut celebrates fatherhood as a journey of purpose, accountability, and love.

Program Highlights

The CookOut is a CommunityEFX program rooted in the philosophy of Celebrated Not Tolerated and designed to support fathers through connection, vulnerability, and growth. Launching as a Fatherhood Edition in Palm Beach County, Florida, The CookOut invites fathers of all backgrounds raising children ages 0–17 into brave spaces where real conversations can happen without judgment. These gatherings focus on the lived realities of fatherhood, including family dynamics, mental and emotional wellness, relationships, work-life balance, and leadership within the home and community.

More than a discussion series, The CookOut is a movement to redefine how fatherhood is experienced and supported. Through guided dialogue, storytelling, and reflection, fathers are encouraged to deepen emotional awareness, strengthen parenting practices, and build meaningful connections with peers who understand their journey. The program emphasizes joy, accountability, and growth—honoring fatherhood not as a burden to endure, but a role to be celebrated. By fostering community and courage, The CookOut empowers fathers to break cycles, embrace vulnerability, and leave a lasting impact on their families and neighborhoods.

Program Highlights Include:

  • Focused discussions on fatherhood, co-parenting, communication, and family wellness
  • Guided storytelling and peer engagement that build confidence and connection
  • Emotional wellness tools and practical parenting strategies
  • Supportive, judgment-free environments that encourage vulnerability
  • Opportunities to build lasting community among fathers
  • Participant support including meals, resources, and childcare when available
